They had confirmed my order, then emailed me asking for debit card info to confirm it was me.So, i replied to the email, but it is still on hold, and they have not replied to like 5 emails over the past week.
I Not only is it very unprofessional, but they have me regretting my order. I also cannot track my order (if it has even been sent at all), as the email link they had sent me just continuously says "Your order is confirmed", but nothing more. So, I am at a loss if my order has been sent, or if it has been canceled. Regardless, I have been charged for it.
So I really want to know if it has even been sent, that way I can dispute my charges.
Needless to say, I would not place my order here again.My order is #1128.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $155.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: How it offered customization.
I didn't like: How they canceled my order and charged me for it, And did not answer emails.
