I have attempted to contact x4labs a few times to no avail. The number on their site goes to sales dept that will forward my concern but nothing has happened yet.

As per the tracking that I did receive it says it was delivered but I still don't have the package. I was told I would have to wait a few days to verify the package wasn't mid-scanned or something and still haven't received it. The USPS said I would have to contact x4 about filing a lost package claim but I can't get ahold of anybody. I would like the product that I was charged for.

My order number is 21241 and would either like to get the product or a refund.

I'm very unimpressed with the company on a customer service level especially given how much these products are. I shouldn't have to use a third party website to get ahold of this company.
